Sometime between July , 2007 and Aug , 2007: Case Transferred to TSC
July 21 2008: Case Transferred to CSC : Reason given "To speed up processing"
Aug 14, 2008 : Case Transfered to TSC : No reason given.

If you have all the PERM case numbers with you then you should be able to find your PD in this link

It is interesting that you can find company names and sponsored people in this database. With job titles you can even guess who they are. I found mine, my job title being so specific.
Although employer owns I-140, it also relates to the person being sponsored. So, it should be possible to get a copy from Company A and B.

Hi all,
I know the Forums are still pretty active but is the IV Organisation itself still active?
I came across the IV website yesterday and was really stuck by the mission statement of the Organisation. I did not think twice - went ahead and got registered and made one time donation. I even voted for one of the polls for Sep 18 rally and making plans to visit DC but only to realise today that it was really old one :) Also when I was reviewing the forums today I realised that most of the activities seem to be around years 2006-2007 - like Fundraising Campaign or Media News ,etc.
Appreciate anyones response to let me know if IC is still active. Please do not direct any personal attacks. I did not need to explore GC info so far since my GC was started only during March of 2010 & got my Lc approved only yesterday.
If the organisation is still active, I am looking forward to joing the CT chapter. Thanks!

Interesting. The way I understand this is - EB applicants need not wait for PD to be current to file I-485 application. However, the news article does not give any clear details on the actual processing or its source.
I would definitely prefer an EAD over waiting. Lets see..

My husband is the primary applicant for our GC application and he's on bench since Feb 2009. We have valid EAD and AP's. We are planning to travel using our AP for a 3 week visit to India.
Our question....Is it sensible to travel on AP him being unemployed?
my friend went to India for 4 month Vacation.
1. while returing at JFK POE .. He was asked if he got paid on that 4 month Vacation. My friend said. "NO" and the POE Officer asked , if he had still Job with sponsering Employer , and this guy showed the recent EVL letter which he got from his employer .....just make sure to you have all docuementation ,a letter from Employer stating still your husband employed with that company

Friends,
As I had indicated that I had admission to study for MBA in europe starting Sep/Oct 2007, looks like I have to drop it due to the GC process ( entangled)
My last discussion wirh Immi and employer drove the nail in the coffin.
I would appreciate any suggestion fromfolks like you.
Outcome:
I can quit the job and proceed for MBA at my risk ( leave spouse behind in the US in I-485 pending stage). If for example my PD ( July 2002 EB3 india) comes up during my absence in the US and if there is a RFE, my current employer WILL NOT provide a job offer so far into the future ( ie post Sep 2008). the least they said they can do is not pull labor and I-140 ( both approved and I-485 pending for 4 yrs)
Since I am in the Mechanical egnineering field , i dont know who to find , ( unlike adundant software body shoppers present) who will draft an offer in case of RFE.
I have few more weeks before I see this opportunity slip by.
Can anyone guess if the EB3- India PD will move to July 2002 or beyond before September 2008?

THOUGH I NEVER KNEW THE PROCESSES OF CHANGING OR INFORMING THE USCIS OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS BUT I DID UNDERSTAND NOW WITH THE HELP PF THIS LOVELY SIDE AND OPEPEL LIKE YOU AND I DID THAT STRAIGHT AHEAD.I CALLED THE USCIS ON 31ST OF DECEMBER,2008 TO INFORM THEM OF MY NEW ADRESS AND I MAIL FORM AR-11 ON EXPRESS TO THEIR OFFICE IN LONDON,KY.BECOUSE WHEN I CALLED USCIS OF THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS I WAS ALSO TOLD TO FILL THE FORM ON THEIR WEBSIDTE AND ALSO DOWNLOAD THE FORM FILL IT AND MAIL. THE USCIS SAID EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON PHONE.THEY MAIL WAS DELIVERED TO THEM ON THE JANUARY 9,2009. TIME WAS 12.30P.M..SO THIS WAS THE MAIL I GOT FROM THEM ONLINE AFTER TRACKING MY CASE..

THEY SAID THIS WAS A NEW CARD. I WANT TO KNOW DO THEY DISTROY THE FIRST CARD THAT WAS SEND TO ME OR IS THIS NEW CARD WAS THE LPR(GREEN) CARD THAT HAVE 10 YEARS OF EXPIRATION? PLS URGENT REPLY THANKS

i predict the november 2008 visa bulletin will come out on monday, october 13,2008. however, even if all categories will become current, it is still useless as the processing dates of the different service centers have processing times of july 2007. hence, almost everybody will not be able to have their papers processed.

Hi,
I have worked for the same employer who filed my 485 as future employment for more than 6 years. He filed for H1 extension in last November'2006. It got denied in June'2007. But he send this denial as Motion to Reopen Case . For my safety I filed another H1 with another employer during this time and I am working for the new employer.
My 140 got approved when I am with my old employer itself. Now he is filing 485 for me as Future employment.
My question is after I receive AC21 and also after six months of receiving the receipt for 485 . Can I jump to another company or is it advisable to work for the company who filed my I-485 until I get my Green card or for how many months ?
