But both the employers are consultant.
One is in Fremont CA and other in Pittsburg. Both are offering almost same salary.
So which should be an better option, if they have a similar better client list?
IMO both are fairly decent places to work. I work in the bay area and Fremont is close by. Lots of tech companies here, so in general job market is ok. However cost of living is very high. Certainly more than pittsburg.
I think its a fairly close call, I would tend a bit towards the Fremont one only because I guess I am a bit biased to the bay area :)

I had this experience before in Pennsylvania, same single bed room, had a PC, fridge, thats pretty much it...
Apartment management said, check with power company. Power company said the apartment have insulation problems. There are quite a few reasons why this may happen..
1) Location of apartment, corner, ground level
2) Old equipment, like washer/dryer, bad insulation
3) Normally in northern states winter power rates are more almost 2.5 times....
the highest i got was $350 dollars at that time, that was in 2004....

it's disappointing that the sept vb movement was much smaller than expected (i fall in your g3m2 category) but the blessing in disguise is that it will make people believe the long term vision that IV has to pursue the fixes that will solve these problems for good and will help everyone irrespective of their category. hopefully more people will come forward and donate and join IV's hands on the grass root efforts.
Sept VB movement was small???? Didn't you notice EB3 Row moved 6 months, and EB4 ROW by about 1 year?
And NO movement for EB3-I.

Has anyone ever seen this scenario before??!
Part time worker but a full time student - all on a part time H1 visa? I have talked to one lawyer and a couple of admissions officers. They all say that it should be OK (but they are not crazy about it) but I want to talk to someone that actually did it.

Ok, Hold the CTRL key on your keyboard then click on the layer that contains your original rectangle.
Like where it says, make sure you have the marquee tool active in the tools menu on the left side, otherwise the rest won't work. The marquee tool is the first tool on the upper left hand side. It is a dotted rectangle.
Press the up arrow once and the left arrow once (on your keyboard)
Create a new layer...self explanitory
Fill it with white... self explanitory
Hold CTRL again and select the layer with your original rectangle again. Like you did earlier in this step. Make sure the new layer you created with the white fill is still active (it will be blue or something ,you will know if it is selected).
Hit the delete key on your keyboard (or go to edit/cut or something, it also might be backspace on a MAC).
Deselect with CTRL+D - self explanitory
Now the next part of this I don't really agree with. Just keep the lines layer selected and use the down and right arrows on your keyboard to move it into place so it looks like the image in the tutorial.
Hope this helps. That was only step 2! If you have any questions about the other steps, just post I guess :)

Additionally, can your attorneys makes copies of RFE response sent and attach it to the MTR maybe? I do not if that is possible or allowed or will make any difference.
I just learned that from you that there is a 33 day deadline on answering RFEs. What if the mail got lost in transit? How will the applicant/attorneys really know (unless of course you have done the online case status registration).

We don't need CIR..... CIR for illegal
We just need GC without asking anything after working 10 years legally with paid all tax without hopeing for Social Security.
Everyone knows our problem don't get into CIR it will ultimately heart us and delay our GC if you are not aware of 245i which still in our way and it is for illegal immigrant.

You have to work for State Govt to know this fact. The only way you can get them to do stuff, is being at a Director level job in the USCIS or perhaps lobbying with Congressmen. They only understand laws and policies.
Anyway I do not want to discourage you......Keep up the enthusiam dude!!!
What you may want to do is, write to the NEW Director, with your proposal and also send a copy to all the senators who have recently proposed new EB related immigration bills. This might make an impact...

Point-and-shoot or a dSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex).
The Sony Cybershoot is just your average P&S camera, small, light and compact.
A dSLR for example, like the Nikon D40 or the Canon EOS 350D are dSLR type and are much bigger in size but deliver alot higher quality images.

For adjudication ty need physical file to review documents, medicals, photocopies, etc. Sorting physical files of such a large volume in any other order would be a tedious task. Obviously they don't index files, and keep that info on the system, which would makei it easy to locate a file. Therefore, unless they do that, even if they know A# of cases due for approval, process is unlikely to work.
